As the Founder and Managing Director of EST10, one of Australia’s leading boutique recruitment agencies, Roxanne equips professionals and businesses with the tools they need to excel.
Born in Scotland and educated in Africa and regional Australia, Roxanne brings a rich global perspective to her work. After earning her bachelor’s degree from Monash University, she began her career in recruitment and HR, working with global corporations and boutique businesses across Australia, the UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Following her MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, Roxanne launched EST10 in 2010, bringing her vision for transformative recruitment and coaching to life.
Roxanne’s passion for cross-cultural collaboration is reflected in her bilingual background—she studied Japanese throughout school and university and worked in Japan for over three years.
